The company was founded by Ilario Zamagna and his wife Maria Giulia Battistini in the 60s.

At the beginning, the Zamagna company was engaged in making outdoor furniture and classic indoor furniture. In the 90s, with the arrival of their children Luca and Susanna Zamagna, the company embarked on a new course, specializing in interior furnishing accessories with a modern design and style.

In the last decade, from 2010 to the present, the company has undergone a further evolution from a commercial company to a design company. With the inclusion of products studied and designed by designers and realized by exclusively Italian craftsmen, the Zamagna company has given itself a clear identity.
