For designers just entering the industry with limited experience and resources, an opportunity to get to know the market and get more exposure is particularly valuable. To support these young talents, Design Dome has created WISE—an award exhibition that selects eight outstanding new designers each year to showcase their work. Three award winners are selected during the Design Dome exhibition, and one gets a spot at the following year’s DESIGNEW.

This year, curated by Mario Tsai with mentors from design education platform BAJIAO Design and advisors Ren Hongfei and Zhou Anbin, WISE will showcase the works of seven innovative designers: Dai Hongyu, Lin Shuan, Song Chun, WILD ZOO, Yang Motong, Zhang Shiqi, and Zhang Zhongyu.
